One thing that really annoyed me however. When I arrived at around noon and asked if my room was already ready, they told me no, but I'll be put in the queue As I was not feeling well was running a fever I went back to the desk multi times to ask again, always getting the same answer - you're in the queue. All the while I watch multiple people arrive and immediately get their rooms. It took until 30 minutes after the official check in time and even then they didn't have my room ready and had to phone around for a fitting room.

My favourite Hotel in Dublin. I love the Swimming Pool, 20 Meters of pure fun. Clean and cosy, large rooms and staff nice welcoming and experienced. Restaurant very nice with the best Burger i ever had, The Spencer burger. Well done. Lovely Hotel, Highly recommended. Staff were excellent, room was very comfortable and modern with Nespresso Machine Great location with Luas running just behind it. In center of business district with plenty of bars, shops if you did want to venture.

Dinner was lovely and the drinks menu was extensive. Overall very positive and would happily return. Great room and service. Lovely restaurant and bar. Definitely great place to stay on business trip to Docklands. The room was very clean and well presented, the restaurant had a great atmosphere and amazing food.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. Opened it ourselves in the end. Lovely hotel I've been staying here regularly The rooms are modern, clean with Nespresso machine and white company toiletries. Staff are usually friendly and helpful.

The food on the restaurant is quite hit or miss some items on the menu are lovely like beef stroganoff or hot and sour soup while other Thai green chicken curry are best avoided as the chicken tastes rubbery and plain. If you are a hotel guest you can also attend various classes free of charge. Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff. Lovely quiet area and yet very central.

Mislaid my jacket and Eamonn at Reception was very helpful in trying to locate it without success. Very nice and accommodating staff. Great area with bubblepool and gym. Highly recommended! Very good hotel. Clean and modern. Best is the gym and indoor swimming pool. The food of restaurant is ok but really not great though. Very good for business trip. The hotel is very good - all new, rooms are relatively big, the staff is polite and the food is great.

It is not in the center of Dublin, but about minutes walk in a relatively quite area. The AirLink bus from airport has a stop right near the hotel, and there is also a tram station in a few minutes of walk. Friendly, if a little disorganized. You have to call the front desk to get ice delivered to your room, there is none on the floors.

They had no paper cups in order to take coffee from their breakfast restaurant. Nice location although not Central to all the action. Nice fairly plain rooms, clean. Nice cocktail menu. Restaurant is lovely too. Nice asian fare. Large portions. Staff were helpful. Stayed with wife, baby and sister in law to attend a concert.

Stay was in room , which was a corner room and had a balcony overlooking the River Liffey. Room was lovely - spacious and hotel provided a travel cot for us. We asked for extra coffee pods and the hotel provided this almost immediately. The location is great - far enough out of the centre of the city that it's not noisy, but close enough to a variety of different attractions that you can easily walk to them - such as Croke Park, Aviva Stadium and Grafton Street.

U had gone there for dinner and drinks. The food was decent. Delivery was very quick and the staff was courteous. The food is Thai and it's the best Nasi gerong I've ever had, The staff are polite and friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing for a lunchtime meal. We really enjoyed East Restaurant. We ordered the duck pancakes as an appetizer, which were fantastic.

If we had a snack recently, this would have been enough food by itself. The main course was tasty as well, and the seafood chowder was amazing, and the portions giant. We hope to eat here again soon! I attended a meeting in one of the function rooms in the hotel and it was pleasant enough. The lighting was adequate and it was spacious enough.

There were toilets suitably close too. Staff were helpful and guided me to where I needed to be and everything went smoothly. Stayed there a few times, modern design of rooms, direct access to the gym and swimming pool, good breakfast. Reliable and solid choice. Lacking in atmosphere or any real soul to it.

Pleasant staff. Good for corporate event hosting I guess. Reasonably priced 3 course meal and pretty good food. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Not too loud and didn't badger us to pay after we finished our food. Good way to spend an evening. Fabulous Hotel, very stylish. Walking distance from centre of Dublin City. Clean, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. The East restaurant has a great choice of food and catered well for children.

It is a lovely place for a weekend break. Great location, close to Connolly station and place to have food. Gym, pool, bar are inside. Nice rooms. Clean, modern hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room nice and fresh, with perfect temperature, with a coffee machine and comfy bed!

Food in the East restaurant just amazing! Breakfast very good too with a big selection of hot food, fruits, pastries, pancakes and smoothies! Pool really nice! One of the best hotels in Dublin. This area is completely different from others.

Modern, bright and clean! Everything is on my doorstep. I love it! Only ate and drank here - Did not stay in hotel. The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was very nice, with a live DJ playing chilled tunes. Great service and the food and drink were top quality. This hotel is superb. The staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms are large and clean and the restaurant and bar down stairs is incredible. It's worth getting the breakfast which is fantastic and varied.

The location of the hotel is perfect - over looking the river and incredibly quiet, unlike some of the more centrally located hotels. It is a quick walk to the centre. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend in Dublin. Thank you! Stayed back in March and was that impressed we returned last week. Lovely modern hotel with super friendly staff and great facilities the espresso machine in the room is a great touch! We didn't have breakfast there but being in the financial district there are plenty of bagel, sandwich, coffee shops all in close proximity.

A lovely min stroll down the Liffey will get you to the centre and the tram is also situated right behind the hotel. One of the historic places of Dublin known for its excellent cocktails. Hotel is good atandard aa well if you can afford it. I had the pleasure of staying at the Spencer hotel during my trip to Dublin for the Google summit. The staff was extremely positive and welcoming, and it made visiting that much better.

From Shannon the day manager who went out of her way to make my accommodation one to remember, not just because I am Spencer staying at the Spencer but because they love doing their jobs and really seem to love helping visitors. Even the night managers Damien, who really was super helpful in getting checked in, to Salem who kindly explained to the american visitors how to turn the showers on : This place would not be what it is without these great employees and after this visit I plan on going back and hope that these wonderful hotels managers and staff are there when I return, they made the stay that much better, thanks Spencer hotel for having such a great staff.

Two nights at Spencer, May Room very nice, also enjoyed indoor pool. Dinner two evenings, food was excellent also breakfast buffet was superb. My wife and I were on a ten day pilgrimage in Ireland and this was our first stop. Enjoyed Dublin and all of Ireland. The Spencer Hotel has a gorgeous lobby and seating area with a really good menu and very nice food. Cocktails are also delicious and a good price. The staff were very helpful and always on hand for anything we needed.

Situated in a good location only a 20 minute walk from the shops and a short taxi ride from everything we needed The hotel has lovely rooms, very clean and spacious. The spa and pool area was also a nice addition and rare for hotels in Dublin to have this. Breakfast was excellent with all the usual Irish extras such as white pudding. The eggs were made fresh to order which is a nice touch. There was a pancake maker which I loved as pancakes are my favourite breakfast food.

I didn't know this was here until I stated at the hotel, so it was a nice addition and well received! We had connecting rooms for our group and the door in between was unlocked for us quickly after asking. The hotel rooms were kept very clean but we felt like some days this was done late and we often arrived back after a day of activities to find our room still being cleaned. This really isn't a problem just something I haven't experienced before. As such the room features as well as decoration was extremely comfortable.

The views from the hotel are nice especially at night when the area is lit up. As mentioned location is good and in terms of getting around the hotel staff were helpful by ordering us taxis as well as offering all other manner of help and advice with a friendly smile and caring manner.

We felt safe as a group of all females and very much looked after by the bar staff too. Defiantly take the time to relax in the cocktail bar and enjoy the public areas of the hotel. The whole stay was perfect and we would return again on our next trip to Dublin. The hotel was clean, beds really comfortable and rooms were great. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. Great location with excellent facilities surrounding the hotel. I went with a couple of friends in the EAST restaurant and have the best dining experience.

Paul, the manager, was extremely friendly and the food was amazing. They are also specialized in cocktails, trust the barman and you won't regret! Absolutely superb service and food. Most welcoming environment we came across in our short stay in Dublin. Indtast venligst din e-mailadresse.

I was there during business hours. Would prob give four stars if it wasn't for the loos. Haven't been in the Hotel but its bar for an event.

Very nice and fancy place. Not a very big variety of food and the hamburgers were a little bit dry, but the buffet was very tasty! Nice attention and good to know that the outside tables have heaters for the winter. My friend and I were stuck for a taxi. The lovely man working behind the desk at 1am on the 16th of June was so friendly and accommodating and let us sit in the foyer while we waited.

Such a gent. Beautiful hotel and a prime location overlooking the quay! My only real complaint was that i had to have my room card rekeyed everyday, it never worked, which was a real hassle. If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. This was a lovely hotel that really made a great base for our anniversary weekend. Room with a balcony was so worth it!

Not 5 stars as there was some room for improvement. But definitely wouldn't hesitate to visit this hotel again. Very nice food and good service. We did however have to ask for the early bird menu. If we had not seen the adverts for it in the toilet we would have paid a la carte prices.

I stayed here last week without any issues. I was on the first floor far away from the elevators and conference area. The room size was smaller but adequate for my visit. The blinds were difficult to close and block out the light.

Power plugs were plentiful and of the round and triple plug type. Lighting in room was perfect. Easy to switch off and on using bedside controls. The shower was ample and provided a detachable sprayer for those hard to reach places.

There was also a tub Incase you want to soak. Bathroom had a door that could be closed to not disturb your room mate. Laundry service was expensive but they got it done quickly and it was returned beautifully folded. The breakfast selection was ample and food quality very good. Coffee tasted sour at times but got the job done.

They had juices, fruits, meats, breads, and cereals both cold and hot. The bar service was a bit lacking in terms of attention. Plenty of places to eat great food nearby after being out and about. Was here for lunch-- was delicious. Couldn't finish it all so they packed it up for me to bring with me, no problem at all. Would love to go back again soon.

Lovely hotel on the river. The health club is the best in Dublin, wrlell equipped gym with a pool, but it's the exceptional staff that make it what it is, especially Louise. Great decor, lovely room and fabulous restaurant. Staff helpful and friendly. Superb location for either visiting the shops or going to a concert.

Only letdown was the poor service in the bar - gave up and went elsewhere after being wilfully ignored for 20 minutes. After a fantastic night seeing the script we stopped off at this hotel waiting for a taxi. Top notch service by a lovely gent! Decent hotel close to the city center and docklands. Lobby and bar are super nice, but rooms are just typical business hotel clean, somewhat modern rooms with no special extras or design.

Excellent stay. Bed is so comfortable and huge. Far too hungover for breakfast, but room service was bang on. Excellent hotel, good location, really enjoyed my stay. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with a nice view over the river Liffey, clean and comfortable.

The pool area was really nice with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Food in the restaurant was nice. Good business hotel with clean rooms. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is quite nice, but nothing to write home about. The hotel also offers a lounge with a nicely stocked bar. Sadly I wasn't able to visit the swimming pool and the gym during my stay. One thing that really annoyed me however. When I arrived at around noon and asked if my room was already ready, they told me no, but I'll be put in the queue As I was not feeling well was running a fever I went back to the desk multi times to ask again, always getting the same answer - you're in the queue.
